1. Feeding: the materials are conveyed from the bottom of the impact crusher by a vibrating feeder. The vibrating feeder can be adjusted to control the flow rate according to the need.
2. Crushing: after being fed into the jaw crusher, the materials are crushed and discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the machine. The crushing process can be controlled by adjusting the toggle plate to control the size of the discharge and achieve the desired particle size.

3. Secondary crushing: the materials from the primary crushing are transported to the hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing. The materials are evenly distributed in the crushing cavity and subjected to extrusion, impact, and bending by the rotating cone. After multiple crushing and shaping, the materials are discharged from the bottom.
4. Shaping: the materials from the secondary crushing are transported to the vertical shaft impact crusher through the conveyor belt. The materials are evenly distributed in the crushing cavity and subjected to high-speed rotation, crushing, and shaping. The shaped materials are discharged from the bottom and the finished products are obtained.
5. Screening: after shaping, the materials are transported to the vibrating screen through the conveyor belt. The vibrating screen separates the materials into different sizes according to the size of the mesh, and the materials that meet the requirements are transported to the finished product area through the conveyor belt.
6. Self-circulating system: the materials that do not meet the requirements of the finished product are returned to the vertical shaft impact crusher through the conveyor belt for re-crushing and shaping. This process is repeated until the materials meet the requirements of the finished product.
7. Conveyor: the conveyor belt is used to transport the materials between the different equipment in the vertical shaft impact crusher system, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire system.
In summary, the structure composition of the vertical shaft impact crusher includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, self-circulating system, and conveyor.
