The Jaw Crusher consists of the frame assembly,moving jaw assembly,wedge adjustment device,spring locking device,motor support components,flywheel,toggle plate,and protective cover.

The frame assembly comprises a front frame,rear frame,and two side plates.All parts are connected with pins and bolts.The connecting pins are designed in a modular structure,making the installation and disassembly of the frame extremely convenient.Depending on different transportation conditions,the frame assembly can be transported either as a whole or in a disassembled state,ideal for underground installations.

The moving jaw assembly is composed of a cast moving jaw body,forged eccentric main shaft,four double-roller spherical roller bearings,bearing seats,seals,and shaft components.The seals form a labyrinth seal,and all four bearings are equipped with temperature sensors.

The crushing chamber consists of fixed jaw plates,moving jaw plates,cheek plates,and guard plates.Both the fixed and moving jaw plates are made of cast manganese steel.The jaw plates are designed in a two-segment symmetrical form,allowing for reversal installation when one end wears out severely.Wedge plates and replaceable support plates are used for jaw plate installation,simplifying and facilitating the installation and replacement process.

The wedge adjustment device employs dual wedge blocks working simultaneously on both sides to adjust the discharge opening,operated hydraulically.

The lubrication system provides grease to the four rolling bearings of the Crusher.
